4-6 Years Old
30 minute classes, twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:00 PM
6-8 Years Old
45 minute classes, twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-6:45 PM
9-12 Years Old
45-60 minute classes, twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7:00 PM
13 Years of Age and up and Advanced Juniors
75 minute classes, twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-8:15 PM

Our programs cater to all age groups, starting with children as young as 4 years old, through to adults and seniors.
Do I need to be in good physical condition to start karate lessons?
Not at all! Karate is a great way to improve your physical condition, no matter your starting point. Our instructors are skilled in adapting techniques and sessions to suit all fitness and skill levels.
How often are karate classes held?
Classes are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable sportswear like sweatpants and a t-shirt for your first class, unless you have already purchased a uniform.
Are there opportunities to compete in tournaments?
Yes, we train students for local, national, and international tournaments, with participation being optional.
